SHAYNA DAHAN, PNP, PMHS
Columbia-trained and a Duke MBA candidate (May 2026), Shayna Dahan is a dual-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Pediatric Mental Health Specialist offering a unique integration of medical and mental health expertise. Drawing on her extensive pediatric background, she brings a heightened awareness of the medical considerations and monitoring essential in mental health treatment for young patients—allowing for individualized, developmentally informed, and safe care. Beyond direct care, she has served nationally as a committee member, educator, and program developer dedicated to improving quality standards and elevating pediatric and adolescent mental health care.
SAMANTHA KESTEN, WHNP-BC
Samantha Kesten, a certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner trained at Columbia University, brings over 15 years of expertise in women’s and adolescent care. She specializes in guiding young women through this sensitive transitional stage, addressing everything from menstrual health to emerging relationships. Samantha takes a unique approach to adolescent gynecology by thoughtfully bringing parents back into the conversation. She encourages open communication amongst families, while preserving a patient's trust and autonomy. Known for her approachable, judgment-free presence, Samantha fosters a safe environment where adolescents feel heard and empowered, and families trust they’re receiving compassionate, expert care.

Some partnerships are built in boardrooms—ours began in 2008 at Columbia University, where we discovered a shared dedication to exceptional patient care. Since then, we’ve built parallel careers in adolescent and women’s health, referring patients to one another across our specialties. Families not only benefited from both services but also appreciated our shared style—welcoming, relatable, and reassuring, while delivering the highest standard of care.
What started as natural collaboration grew into a shared vision: to bring comprehensive, coordinated care to families through a single, trusted destination. WeGotYou was created to unify adolescent medical and mental health services in a way that feels integrated, intentional, and guided by the unique needs of each patient and family.

Getting started is simple. Click “Schedule Appointment" to schedule your first visit through our secure telehealth platform. You'll receive a confirmation email/text with instructions for joining your virtual visit.

We comply with all federal and state laws regarding patient privacy. The rights of minors to confidential care vary by state, and we are especially equipped to help families navigate this complexity. Our approach is centered on trust, respect, and collaboration, ensuring that everyone feels supported. Because at the end of the day, WeGotYou—both of you.

Both providers are currently licensed in New York, Florida, Kansas, D.C., and Massachusetts. We can only provide care to patients located in states where we hold active licenses.

Yes — currently for patients located in New York only. We are in-network with Anthem BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, and Northwell Direct. We also accept Aetna, but only for mental health services. For patients outside of New York, we offer a competitive self-pay fee schedule.

Our visits are delivered through synchronous (real-time) telehealth, meaning you and your provider connect live by secure video. No app download is required — you can join your appointment from any smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet access.
